Flower In A Bottle Summer Greeting Card - This is a bright splash of color to send to a special someone to let them know that you are thinking of them this summer season. This greeting card starts with a bright goldenrod card stock that is folded 3/4 of an inch longer in the back. Hanging down over the front fold is a light blue printed rectangle of paper, so when you open the greeting card, the blue block lifts too, giving a dimensional effect to this card. Adhere a bright green block of card stock centered in the blue, and add a white piece of card stock that you have stamped the sunflower in the bottle image to. Using watercolor pencils, color the outside edges of the flower in yellow and orange, and blend with a blender pen. Add green to the stem and leaves, and outline the bottle with a blue, again blending the edges for a water color effect. Inside the card, a stamped sentiment that states "A peaceful heart finds beauty in all things"(TAC) is stamped on white card stock, and ripped then adhered. Tie a cute, celery green gingham bow around the card to complete it.
