Mini glue dots are a staple for me while designing and creating scrapbook pages or hand crafted cards. They are so versatile, and very easy to use. I use these more than any other adhesive.
The mini glue dots are perfect for adding small embellishments such as small buttons, google eyes, ribbon, anything that is metal, silk flowers. The uses are endless.
You can also use them for mats and pictures. Just stick a dot in each corner, and you have a clean and neat adhesive. For those of you who hate the mess of wet glues, this is a good answer for you for all your scrapbooking needs.
An easy way to use them is to stick your embellishment such as your button or your flower right on the glue dot while it is still on the paper is comes on. When you pick it back up, the glue dot is stuck to the back, and it is easy to position on your page.
A few things to be careful with when you are using glue dots: Make sure you know where you are going to place your embellishment, as they are not re positionable, and when you place it, it's going to pull paper up and tear if you try to take it up. Another thing you need to do is be careful when you are using them as the paper they are adhered to will stick to your table or your arm, and you will lose one or two of your dots. You will stick to your table by that dot later on too! They can also ball up and make a “ lump “ too, so be careful there.
These are acid free, photo safe, and they are a wonderful adhesive to bond your pages. I suggest you run buy some today.
