Easter Card #4 - Do you want to send a decorated card to a friend or loved one for Easter? Here is a card that is fresh, with pastel hues, that has a great Easter Egg theme. Start with a white card stock card, add a light blue piece of card stock. Free hand cut an easter egg shape from white cad stock. Now you get to decorate your egg. Start with blue and green inks, and rub along the edge of the card. Add three small silk flowers to the bottom of the egg shape with light green brads. Next comes a cute piece of light green ric-rac adding a whimsical touch. Next, off center three small buttons of pink,light green and light blue. Tie a cute piece of white string with blue puffs on the top third of the egg, and finish this off with three large flower eyelets, 2 pink with one yellow in the center.
Purple Easter Card - Complimentary colors of purple and yellow make this Easter card pop with color. Start with a dark purple card stock. Add a lighter purple block of color with the work easter written on it minus the E. Then a smaller block is added to mount the bubble sticker with the flower and bee inside. Next comes a marching row of purple wedges of paper. Add some cute, small, yellow buttons randomly, one on each purple wedge. Finish this card with a large metal yellow E at the beginning of the word Easter, and add the yellow fiber ribbon, tied along the spine.
